Delete Your Lesuno Account
At Lesuno, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated information at any time directly through the app or by submitting a deletion request to our support team.
Option 1: In the Lesuno Mobile App
Navigation Path:
Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account
- Open the Lesuno app on your device.
- Go to your profile or tap the Settings icon.
- Select Account Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your deletion on the confirmation prompt.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you have already uninstalled the app or are unable to access your account, you can submit an account deletion request directly to our support team:
- Send an email to contact@lesuno.com with the subject "Lesuno Account Deletion Request".
- Please send your request from the email address registered with your Lesuno account so we can verify your identity.
- Our team will process your request and confirm the deletion within 30 days.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When your account is deleted, your personal data is permanently wiped from our active systems, including:
- Your profile data (name, email, avatar, bio, and preferences).
- Your posts, comments, photos, and any community content you created.
- Your direct chat messages and conversation history.
- Your event participation, organizer listings, and group memberships.
Grace Period & Retention Policy
When you initiate an account deletion, your account enters a 30-day pending deletion state. If you change your mind, you can cancel the deletion process by logging into your account before the 30 days expire.
After 30 days, all personal data is permanently and irreversibly purged from our servers, except where minimal records must be retained solely for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or financial recordkeeping as described in our Privacy Policy.
